These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services, including the purchase of fiberglass columns and related architectural products. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or purchasing products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Product Descriptions and Availability

We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and specifications for our fiberglass columns, including styles, dimensions, load-bearing capacities, and finishes. However, slight variations may occur due to manufacturing processes or display settings. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any item or limit quantities without notice.

Custom or made-to-order columns are produced based on your specifications and may not be canceled or modified once production begins.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude taxes, shipping, and handling fees, which will be added at checkout. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other approved methods. Payment is due in full at the time of order.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but orders placed prior to changes will be honored at the original price. Any promotional discounts or codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be combined unless specified.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery details are outlined in our Shipping & Returns page, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen events. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Our return policy is detailed in the Shipping & Returns page. Returns must comply with those guidelines. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receiving the returned item, minus any applicable fees.  A 20% restocking fee will apply for all items returned and freight is paid for by the customer.  Freight charges for delivery to the site are non-refundable as well as made-to-order and custom items.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

Our fiberglass columns come with a limited lifetime warranty (view our warranty page here) against manufacturing defects for from the date of purchase. This covers structural integrity under normal use but excludes damage from improper installation, misuse, accidents, or natural disasters.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. We do not warrant that our website will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL FiberglasColumns.com, LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCT IN QUESTION.

This limitation applies to all claims, including breach of contract, tort, or strict liability.
