This Shipping and Return Policy applies to all purchases from FiberglassColumns.com. We strive to provide high-quality architectural products and excellent customer service. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, you agree to the terms as outlined below.

1. Shipping Policy

  • Order Processing Time: All Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Custom or made-to-order fiberglass columns may require additional time (up to 10-15 business days) for fabrication and verify client or architect approval. You will receive an email notification with estimated processing and shipping times upon order placement.

  • Shipping Methods: Due to the size and weight of fiberglass columns, all shipments are handled via freight carriers (e.g., LTL freight or dedicated truck delivery). Standard ground LTL shipping is used for most orders within the contiguous United States. Expedited options may be available upon request but will incur additional fees.

  • Typical Shipping Timeframes:

    • Domestic (Contiguous U.S.): 5-10 business days after shipment has left our manufacturing facility. processing.

    • Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories: 10-20 business days.

    • International: Varies by destination (typically 15-30 business days); customs delays may apply.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the order's weight, dimensions, destination, and selected method. $250 flat rate shipping options are available if your order meets the $9,500.00 order threshold, if applicable, will be clearly stated. Some restrictions may apply if the jobsite is not accessible and the shipment may have to go to a different delivery address that has a loading dock..

  • Tracking and Delivery: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships. Deliveries require a signature upon receipt. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address, as freight carriers may charge redelivery fees for missed attempts.

  • Damaged or Lost Shipments: Inspect your fiberglass columns upon delivery. If damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours at info@fiberglasscolumns.com or 866-592-4052. We will work with the carrier to resolve claims. For lost shipments, notify us immediately, and we will initiate a trace.


2. Return Policy (30-Day Window)

We offer a 30-day return period for fiberglass columns to ensure your satisfaction. The return window begins on the date of delivery.

  • Eligibility for Returns:

    • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition (no scratches, dents, or modifications).

    • Custom-made or personalized columns (e.g., specific heights, finishes, or designs) are non-returnable unless defective.

    • Returns for reasons such as "change of mind" or incorrect ordering may be subject to approval.

  • Return Process:

    • Contact our customer service team at info@fiberglasscolumns.com within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    • Provide photos of the item and packaging, along with your order number and reason for return.

    • Once approved, ship the item back to our warehouse using a freight carrier. You must include the RMA number on the packaging.

    • Returns must be received by us within 15 days of RMA issuance.

  • Refunds:

    • Full refunds (excluding original shipping costs) will be issued for defective or damaged items upon inspection.

    • For non-defective returns, a restocking fee of 20% will apply to cover handling and repackaging, depending on the item's condition.

    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Made to Order and Custom Items:  Certain size products and most custom items are non-returnable due to the nature of the order.  The following are items that are included, but not limited to, the below items:

    • Columns with a diameter of 14” and above

    • Decorative Capitals

    • Any and all Items that are factory split

    • Items that have been damaged or altered on the jobsite.  

  • Return Shipping Costs: Clients are responsible for return shipping fees, which can be significant for large items like fiberglass columns. We recommend obtaining shipping insurance. If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped), we will cover return shipping.

  • Exchanges: Exchanges for a different size, style, or color are treated as returns and new purchases. Contact us for assistance.

  • Warranties and Defects: Beyond the 30-day return period, fiberglass columns are covered by a limited lifetime manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. Contact us for warranty claims.



3. General Terms

  • Cancellations: Orders may be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of placement. After that, a cancellation fee may apply if processing and or manufacturing has begun.

  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays due to events beyond our control, such as weather, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.

  • Policy Changes: We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
